February Indoor Meeting Tuesday 4th February 2014
'Natural history around a Chiltern village''
Our winter programme of talks continues on Tuesday February 4th at 8pm in the Community Centre with a illustrated talk on the 'Natural history around a Chiltern village'' presented by Juliet Gudge. The village is Frieth which lies in a diverse and fascinating landscape in the southern Chilterns. Visitors Welcome. Ring 01844 274865 for details.

Winter wildlife Walk Friday February 7th 2014
Snowdrop Extravaganza
Join the Risborough Countryside Group on a visit to the morning southern Chilterns. A circular 3 mile walk will explore ancient parkland and the stunning display of snowdrops and aconites in a village churchyard. Paths will inevitably be muddy and there is one short but steep ascent. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Friday February 8th 10am - 1pm. Non members welcome. Meet the Mount Car Park Princes Risborough at 9.30am. Ring 01844 274865 to book a place, organise a lift to the start point or for further details.

The Galapagos
Local wildlife enthusiast Jill Carey takes on safari to The Galapagos. A wonderful visual experience with stunning slides and wildlife tales.
